Roger Stone. Dumbest of the dumbest criminals. Thank god.

Man, look at that smorgasbord of tells. Trying to act tough probably goes over better when you aren't acting scared shitless.

Seriously, does he have some kind of mental condition?

Man has been getting away with political dirty tricks since before Nixon. He's crazy like a fox. He may yet get his due, or become leader of the new SS.

I'm assuming this depends on what Roberts wants to do?

As I understand ... A temporary stay could be granted unilaterally by the justice who receives the emergency application, which in this case is Chief Justice Roberts, but in order for the Supreme Court to take up the case, it will require the approval of at least four of the justices.

Is this correct?

If so ... I fear that the justices, being conflicted as to how to handle this, will just slow-walk it for a long time, helping Trump run out the clock – perhaps deliberately. And then the slow walk to November 2022.

one more thing could happen too, Roberts could say "We will allow the verdict of the lower court to stand" Which is Trump loses.

Indirectly related voter fraud news:

It was his BS that helped instigate the attack.

Trump Spokesman Taylor Budowich Sues to Block 1/6 Committee From His Financial Records

"To add to the absurdity neither the committee, nor JP Morgan Chase will provide me with a copy of the actual contents of the subpoena," Taylor Budowich said.

THIS should absolutely be required in almost every case. You want someone's information, you MUST provide them with this kind of document, fully unredacted.

During an investigation what information do you think they should provide to the person they are requesting information from? Why do you think that’s a good idea? It sounds good in theory but in practice that seems like a really good way to thwart an investigation.

These lawsuits are basically nothing more than mobsters suing the FBI for daring to investigate them.

They need to be tossed out of court quickly, and with extreme prejudice, with costs against the plaintiffs, and would love to see sanctions against the lawyers who helped with this attempt to subvert the course of justice. Sadly, I won't hold my breath though.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this type of document served to the person at the same time the subpoena is being executed?

How to you think it would work if a letter were sent, "we are investigating a crime and looking for the following... We will arrive in a few days to execute"

Now some of the same people that are all for no knock warrants think that rich people should be given advanced warning of what documents will be subpoenaed.

OMG... THIS is the kind of insanity I put up with all the time from my Q-Trumpie Family. They just spew this nonsense non-stop, and like with Roger Stone when I try to challenge their insanity they only become more and more verbally violent. I mean like.... there is something seriously wrong in the brain with these people. You can not reason with them nor carry on an intelligent conversation. Like with Roger Stone, they are so far gone down the Q-hole that you almost feel sorry for them. The need help. They really need to cut all ties with anything Trump and with everything Q. You have to wonder if they could be a serious threat to...... themselves? They have lost all control and all grasp on reality. It is truly terrifying that so many Americans, possibly as many as 70 million, could have signed onto this crap. It's bad enough having one or two crazy idiots walking around, but 70 million ???? How does one deal with 70 million looney toons?

Take the latest Q conspiracy.... where the Q's now truly believe that the earth is flat. Flat earthers. But they don't claim this flat-earth thing just off the top of their head, they back this claim up by bringing in the bible and scripture and Noah his Ark and the flood. It's totally nutz. And I thought waiting for JFK's resurrection was the craziest thing I ever heard out of a Q. Now, we have the flat earth. BTW folks, be careful not to fall off.
