HOT! Razer Tarantula keyboard $18.99 at Best Buy

Just picked up a Razer Tarantula keyboard from my local Best Buy for $18.99, on closeout.

In the store I was at, while the shelf space where the keyboard is normally located(in the game controller section) was marked at $18.99, the endcap Razer display(where they have all the Razer products) still showed it as $79.99, however it rings up as $18.99.

EDIT: Found it on the interwebs 522mm long so about 20 1/2 inch if I converted correctly.

I never did either, till this one. Right next to it, at the same store, they also have the Merc keyboard on closeout for $19.99 too(but that thing is HUGE).

I don't even see this keyboard on BB's website. Stupid 23rd street BB (NYC) wont pick up the phone... Twice I have called with no answer.

Every computer store I ever call (BB,CC,CompU) Its ridic how many times i have to call before the schmucks pick up the phone.

I called the other day to check the price of a TV, its went something like this.

95 in new brunswick, 80 for the lycosa or whatever the lightup one is..

they did have a 8600gts for 280 bucks though if anyone needs a sweeeet deal on a gfx card tho

Make that 3 times with no answer like 20+ rings. I finally called the 800 line and they couldnt find it in their database, they put me on hold to call the stores. They had me on hold for over 10 min before I hung up.

I went over to the 86th st BB in NYC. They don't even carry Razer products in that store. A simple phone call could have solved that.

This is NOT a hot deal if it's a 1 hit wonder... So far not 1 person has been able to confirm this "deal". It belongs in the brag and moan thread. I'm an idiot for even making this much fuss over $60. I'm just such a sucker for a hot deal that I'll buy dog crap if it's 80% off.

Oh and Insomniator, $280 for a 8600 GTS is not a good deal. In fact it's a horrible deal and about in line with the prices of stuff I saw in BB tonight. Horribly overpriced. Were you thinking of the 8800GTS?
