I believe it completly smokes the 6800 OC on an overall scale.
In some games the 6800 OC might get a little close to the X850 XT, but those are only on certain games.
It would be a good upgrade from a 6800 OC to a X850 XT.

It'd be 199 after rebate I believe. I upgraded from a 6800OC to the x850xt recently and there's no comparison. Once you turn up resolution and turn up AA/AF the 6800 gets bogged down but this card chugs through. Awesome deal...

Dang, this deal is on fire but won't this card get bottlenecked by many AGP running computers? Just curious, as I have a Duron running at 2.4 gigs. Not sure if I should jump on this deal though, if the card is going to be slightly better than a 9800 Pro.

Why on God's green Earth would you think that the X850XT would be only slightly faster than a 9800pro on a Duron @ 2.4? It would be great on that system.

Also, AGP is not (yet) a bottleneck.

I have the PCI version and it clocks past the XTPE speeds and the best part is not having to mod the bios or use any different card driver to do so.
