Just got my case today. Great case. One question though.

Is the case supposed to come with the 5.25 Drive Tension clips?? Mine did not come with any. Does not seem right. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Look on the floor of your case. Mine came with 6 attached to the bottom of the case.

...or add 11 dollar surge protector with $10 rebate (or something you need) to get it >$99 -----> free shipping, then there's still a $20 rebate so total is 70, certainly not as good as original deal, but still good...then use ebates for 2% or whatever, except i can't get it to accept my cookie set up...

Yes, they should be stuck to the bottom of the inside of the case in a little holder. The intent is that you can keep your rails inside the case and you won't have to worry about losing them...

Did anybody get a "dated store identified receipt"? that is what the rebate ask for and I got no invoice in my box at all. should I just print out the email from outpost?

It is the packaging slip attached on the box.

They slipped my packing slip/invoice in the box under one of the top flaps. So check the inside of the shipping box thoroughly. Also, if they did the same thing to yours it could have fallen out when you opened the box.

Dammit! I didnt realize they slipped the receipt under the flap and I sent the rebate out with a printout of the online order page....

Thanks a million I just pulled the rebate stuff out of the mailbox at work and will check the box at home l8r for the invoice. didn't see it but I never looked inside the box. Does the Postmark need to be today the 14th or anytime within 15days of your order for me the 20th of Dec?

Man, this case is sweeeet! Build quality is excellent. Funny thing-along with MY invoice in the box, it has Antec's packing slip TO Fry's/Outpost on the outside, that reads as follows:

kevman, if you have one of those full sized pci cards, like a raid card or something, you would use these handles to balance and hold the pci card so it won't dangle. Hope this'll help.

If I am not wrong, it is for case fan.

Why rebate form state they need original rebate form? Or I just send the copy of PDF format file?

After I install the CDROM, the end of drive will down, no idea how to keep it in position.
