I'm one of the people that ordered this scanner last time thinking it was USB. When I called them a few hours later, they told me that the order was already processed and they weren't sure if it was USB or not. The CSR told me to just deny the package if it wasn't, but I wasn't home at the time and recieved it anyways.
After getting it, and seeing that it was parallel port, I wrote them an e-mail simply stating that they had sent me the wrong product. Not making a fuss or anything, but stating that it was no fault of my own. They told me to call them back, and when I did the CSR told me that he would credit the full amount minus shipping. No hassle, and no fighting.
The scanner overall works ok for the money. I only use it to e-mail pics. For you all that require high end scanners, this isn't the way to go. But, I'm not complaining for only 7$ (S/H) So, take a chance....
And for a parallel port scanner, it wasn't that bad.
