Zip Code 35801 ( 2306 S. Memorial Pkwy. Service Merchandise Shopping Center location) still had the DVD+R media in stock as of an hour or so ago. One of the clerks was filling an order for a guy at the front desk and pulled out 3-4 cases. I did the B1G1 (I bought +R), but haven't made it home yet to check for Ricoh or CMC. My packaging fits the description given by Lioness in this thread for Ricoh, so I'm hopeful.

AWESOME DEAL! went for 100 -r this time. Hopefully they will be good ones. Although all of the stuff in my house plays pretty much everything so it doesnt' really matter (and my sony burner burns everything).

He guys. I did an instore pick up, and when i walked in there the lady was "you used a coupon so i need the coupon before i can give you the items". Then i made a very big deal about it saying it was an online coupon and stuff, and i was like i do this all the time, and i said i will take my business elsewhere, and she finally gave in and gave it to me. These hot deals are becomming an effort to get, but worth it.

Woo hoo! Update on my instore pickup. It went super smooth; they didn't sweat the coupons; handed me the 2 50pks; DVD Indentifier says:

RICOHJPN01-02!!!

it says "ready to pack" or something like that on my online order.
i hope they don't run out of stock before shipping mine to me.
i guess there is no hurry even if it delays since there is no rebate involved, but i want it NOW. ;)

My area has em in stock, but the $20 off $75 doesnt seem to work. So i did a PM with Staples, got them for $79.97 + 110% of the diffrence.. came to about $66 + local tax for 100 Ricoh's that burn at 8x flawlessly.

While talking to a customer service rep on the phone, she told me that both coupons would still apply if I put the discs on backorder even if the expire date passed before they were shipped. Since I was a little skeptical, I called back and got the same answer from another rep.

We'll see what happens.

what does the label on the spindle look like with the ricoh's?

My OD has spindles with 2 different labels..one says LP, SP for recording length and has 2 foam disc on the top of the spindle..there is a red triangle

the other has a graph with different dvd+r recording speeds and no foam discs with yellow triangle???

You get prompted to either "buy online" or "store pickup" after you add the items to your cart :)

Remember my post about the mean lady at officedepot who asked for the coupons, well here is an update. That day she just handed me my dvds, and she did not even keep a copy of the printed reciept, and when i check online today, my order was canceled by them becasue i did not pick it up with in 48 hours, and i was never billed. So if they dont bill me this month i get the dvds for free, so that would make this the hottest deal i have ever gotten.

guess the $20 off coupon is dead. this is what i get when trying to apply the $20 off 75 coupon:
CD06) The coupon xxxxxxxx, requires an order total of at least 75.00,. At this time the order total is 79.97-. This may be the result of certain product exclusions. Please review the promotion and disclaimer for complete explanation on what the intent of the coupon 057033021, is. If necessary, add more products and try again. Thank you
