Ordered online, went to do an in-store pickup. Got there and the damn manager wouldn't give me the router, saying that in their weekly ad, you need to buy a computer or whatever. I said, i placed the order online and i'm just here to pick it up but he said he can't give it to me 'cuz my CC hasn't been charged yet. What a bunch of bull!!! Anyway, he said if i have the coupon or whatever, i should bring it and he'll let me get it then, too bad i have no way of getting that. I don't like OD anymore.

I had the same problem when I ordered 1 for instore pickup. The stupid manager gave me the same response. I just went to a different Office Depot with a printout of my OD.com shopping cart which includes the coupon and also wrote down the coupon code on the sheet. I was able to buy it at the other OD store after I talked with the cashier (had to tell here the coupon code is legit and to try it for herself).

Just try a different store in your area or go to the same store at a different time (when the next shift starts). The ideal OD employee to talk to about this is a college student who doesn't care or who has already gotten in on the deal.

i got lucky this time, the OD truck just delivered me the router and wrote them a check of $21. This got to be the biggest bargain of the year!

I got mine delivered. Nice router, but incompatible with SMC USB wifi card, so I'm using a netgear M814 now, much better. Can't complain though for $20 before rebate

I called back and the csr said that you had to buy a laptop or a desktop to be able to use that coupon. Anybody know if that's true?!!??!
