actually those were produced in Malasia in a very good batch. I have been able to overclock this puppy to equal a p3 992mhrtz.
but i did use some watercooling and other tricks.

hm... i don't remember if you can really oc these. Don't thinkso, but even if you could... it wouldn't make much of a difference! I had this exact same CPU once. I got it on my birthday 9 years ago!!!! man... the good old days... brings back memories 🙂
You could overclock them to 40mhz with a heatsink/fan, made a huge difference with Doom framerates. Stock config only needed a heatsink -- those were the days!
Wasn't it this chip that they intentionally disabled the DX's math coprocessor circuitry to sell 'cheaper' systems? It actually cost them more to make the SX version, but then they could sell you a separate math coprocessor for an upgrade.
