I Believe you need to go to the B&M and pick it up there...kind of an "In-Store" only sale. The Rebates will print with the receipt.

Anybody know if the Manhattan, NYC CC's are sold out? I can't trust the online stock info, and it'sa long trek for me from Queens to upper Manhattan.

If they aren't instore, ask them to special order it ... they will do that.. then, pay for it in full right when they special order it so that the rebates print out and the receipt shows that you purchased it on that date. Make sure you pay in full right there.

Doesn't matter when you pay in full. If you order when the rebates are valid, you can get the drive weeks later and the purchase date will be the order date. Just did this with the 250GB deal a few weeks ago. I picked up the drive via Special Order about 1 week past the rebates, they still printed out and the purchase date was valid for the rebates

The Vultures have swooped down and removed all of them from any Circuit City on the planet. Out of stock EVERYWHERE I've looked in the Chicago and Milwaukee area. Maybe CC pulled it off the web site, so they can get people looking for them in the stores?

Umm, milwaukee still has plenty of locations show them in stock if you want to do the in-store pickup / repurchase thing. Of course it doesn't guarantee anything, but CC says they can special order these things. Soo, even if it's out of stock now, by doing the in store pickup, you shoudl definitely end up with one. Otherwise you haven't tried hard enough. I already have mine waiting for me tomorrow in Milwaukee, but i won't be surprised if it will not actually be there.

I just checked with my CC store and they ae advertising it for $59 after 2 rebates not three. Guess they are not going to honor the last $20 rebate today.

Only two rebates printed out for online/in-store pickup order places yesterday (when i went to pick it up). The nice lady at the customer counter knocked 40 dollars off right away.

So my math is:

140 - 40 = 100 + tax = 105.xx - 2 x 40 MIRs = 25.xx (no local Staples here, so i didn't even bother trying to use the coupon, and i didn't have one anyway)
