2 of my rebates shows valid, one check is on its way, called in about the third, csr said she'd take care of it and i'll get that one in 4 weeks.

WW4397. Check out the first page to this link about half way down.... Posted by OLLIEBG he has three linky's the third one has a scan of the Rebate that clearly states the dates as 12/10/03 thru 12/24/03. I'm lookin' at my copy right now.
It's in PDF format and is only the top part of the first page, but it has all the pertinent information. BTW, I sent a copy of this form with mine, JIC. I just received two of those three rebates yesterday. My purchase was on the 13th of Dec. So, we'll see.


Footnote: I've recently had about four rebates (from BF) denied (postcards) for various reason. "Not within the required dates", wrong UPC, ETC. & I'm happy to report that by calling and talking (calmly & politely) with a CSR, explaining that I'm looking at my copy of what I sent to you, etc. and each one has been honored....So Far! Knock on the back of my Forehead!
I have a Linksys WiFi router that's not workin' even as a router. Updated the firmware. reset it. Redone the IP addresses with their Tech support (three times) Ready to RMA it. But I can't find my receipt for the life of me. I know it's less than a year old (maybe 8 months), so I'm pretty sure I'm SOL on that one. So you definately want to keep those copies of everything you've got. Just ranting... Sorry about that.

I received the dreaded "your rebate submission was denied" letter from Young America today. It claims that my purchase date is out of range since I bought it on the 13th but I filled out the online rebate form at CC's website when the Y273 showed as valid for my date. Kind of funny that I have several copies of a webpage from CC with the correct dates and them confirming my rebate yet they still deny it.......a mere phone call tomorrow will clear this up, I guarrantee.

A simple phone call WILL NOT clear this up. Read the thread over at FW in the deal discussion forum. The rebate center will direct you to corporate who will then say you're basically SOL'd.. Some customers (like me) have been able to get resolution from the local stores. Others are filing BBB complaints among other things...
