Anybody have any recommendations for a first timer? I'm looking for a place that offers a one day type school/lesson.
 
Go to Half Moon Bay. A place called the 'sea horse rance'

they offer lessons, etc... The place is right by the beach so you can ride on the sand!
 
i wonder if we are looking for this because of the same reason? 😉

I see horses on the trails by Coyote Hills in Union City, there's probably a place somewhere on there that has horses.
