I went to Jet School in Millington....

Who would get sued? The grandma who didn't have 24/7 eyes on the girls? The dad who didn't lock his car keys up?

Who else is there to sue? Poor parenting all around is the cause of this.

that's horrible. I can't believe they released the names of the minors involved though. I didn't think they could do that.

That's only if they're being charged with a crime.

Take your pick.

People will sue over ANYTHING these days.

Extremely extremely sad. I just lost a friend to a motorcycle accident. These kids are just so young to die like that.

Fvcking idiots. That's what you get when you let a 15 year old drive you around.

Exactly and WTF do they have 7 kids in the car for? I don't understand how you think they could be sleeping when someone's elbow is probably in the driver's crotch.

Even though I got my license when I turned 16, I think that the driving age should be at least 18, maybe higher. There are too many kids that have that feeling of invincibility driving around...

It's always the "good kids" that die.
Yep. "Good kids" who sneak out of the house in the middle of the night and steal their parent's car...

How would that change what happened here? None of the kids had a drivers license.

One would assume that if the age for a license was raised then the age for a permit would be raised too.
