I don't dislike homosexuals, I dislike the act of homosexuality. I strongly dislike the act of saying its ok and teaching kids to sin more because they have to be "themselves" Society has caused so many more homosexuals simply because they are not realizing they are teaching kids that its ok to give into temptation.

I don't think you should be so dead set against homosexuals.

I treat homosexuals just as I treat murderers and other criminals and sinners, and even myself!!! We are ALL sinners, but the point is to repent and change your ways. I wouldn't disklike a homosexual if they stopped their homosexual tendencies.

Put it this way, I am a believing in Christ but, don't you think these homosexuals have prayed and prayed and prayed and prayed and asked to be normal? I highly doubt these guys wish to be the way they are. I mean they've prayed and prayed... it isn't changing nor working. Now what? You know?

The Bible also it's okay to sell your wife and children into slavery. I believe it's the same book. The Bible was written by man, inspired by God. There are parts of the Bible you have to not follow blindly. There's enough evidence that homosexuality is biological that I can't possibly see it as a sin.

Have you ever met a homosexual? Of the 2 that I know neither of them are at all Christian, or have ever prayed in their life. They are completely vulgar all the time, they are mean, and they think they deserve special treatment. Im not trying to stereotype, but I know that not all Homosexuals have prayed to be normal. Maybe some have, and Im willing to bet that if they honestly pray they will become "normal".

I have worked and been friends with many homosexuals and none of them fit your description. Yes you are trying to stereotype.

For some reason, Christianity seems to be unable to deal effectively with sexuality in just about any form. Homosexuality is nothing more than a sexual preference, it is neither "good" nor "bad"; the fact that it is shunned in Western society is purely cultural, due in part to the Christian prohibition against it. Other cultures throughout history have dealt with the subject in a much more enlightened manner.

Why are there more homosexuals in todays society then there were 100 years ago then? Could it possibly be because society is telling homosexuals its ok to be gay?

Exactly. If they asked for forgiveness and actually tried to live as God wanted them to, they wouldn't even feel the need to be a homosexual anymore.

I believe some people are born that way, and thats just the way are wired. I also think there are people that have had some sort of trauma or abuse that caused them to go that way. A bad parent causing dislike toward one sex, a sexually abusive relative, etc. If you're a heterosexual and you question yourself thinking about homosexuality, you're being human and analyzing things. Do you think animals think about what its like to die like we do?

For the religious sin-sayers here I would like to offer something to think about. Scientists at UCLA discovered at least 50 genes in mice that indicate gender before the genitals were formed. This to me indicates you are predisposed toward which sex you are attracted to and its not just a choice like if you should eat a candy bar or not. Also how about in cases of ambigious genitals where the genitals are surgically reshaped to match the childs selected gender. Even if they're living as one sex, don't you think its possible they might have the thoughts of another?
