sorry to get side tracked blieb. I get excited talking speaker placment/rooms.

Along with others mentioned here you could check out some rockets at av123. 5 speakers for 1000 bucks, throw in a sub. all set.

No, no, BAD idea!

Speakers are much like a violin, the driver is the strings & the enclosure is the body of the violin.

You can't just slap speakers in a wall & expect them to sound the way they're supposed to.

The only circumstance you MIGHT want to do that is with an infinite baffle sub system, & that's a little beyond what you're doing.

Go with some moderately sized satellites, mount them with pivoting brackets, & when you leave just pull the brackets & spackle the holes.

Agreed. However, if you took the time, you could measure out some enclosures and build them from fiberglass. Make sure to use the recommended volume for a sealed enclosure, and you're golden.
