I sort of agree.. It sounds like its no worse than feeding your dog peanut butter from your hand or your foot or your leg.. but it's illegal if you use your genitals? What's the reasoning there? What difference does it make to the dog if it's a genital or a finger? Definitely not the same as penetrating the dog(ew) or having the dog penetrate you. (double ew)
