I sort of agree.. It sounds like its no worse than feeding your dog peanut butter from your hand or your foot or your leg.. but it's illegal if you use your genitals? What's the reasoning there? You can touch a child on their hands, shoulders, etc... and it's OK, stay away from the genitals. Same logic applies me think.
