The closest expierence i have had was on an internet service called
PIPELINE.NET like a couple of years ago. They had their own chat program i think, sorta like mirc, and every night at a certain time, they'd have a support channel.

So anywaz, one time i had some stupid problem and i go on to the channel...hahaha, there were about 25 other people in there too. And when the customer service rep finally came into the channel...we found out he was the only one that was gonna be in the channel. and so he was flodded with questions. took him about 15 minutes to get to my question and when he did it was horrible cuz i found out, not only was he trying to help people in the channel, he was answerin support emails too. he was really, really, busy and because of the lag, he assumed i didn't know or didn't want to answer his question so he moved on to the next person, lol.

AT&T@HOME IS DOING IT AGAIN!!!! WHen they can't give me the answer they say:

"Hello? Are you there? If you do not answer, I will have to end the session"

Meanwhile I'm typing as fast as I can for 5 minutes saying nothing but

"I'M HERE i"M HERE!!!!!!!"


sigh...

can you guys tell me why I can't access www.colorado.edu?
