I'd argue that the Caparo has the potential to be the most amazing road car ever built. This thing WILL shatter the Top Gear track record when they test it, and even the Veyron won't be close. Plus it gets 32.5 MPG!

Wind chill at 70mph is like 45 degrees.... When its cold out ( <60 degrees) riding a bike can be a pretty bad experience... rain makes it even worse too.
