I'll likely buy some once it hits bottom.
Good strategy. Make sure you sell it when it tops out, too.
LOL!!!!
What's so funny about that? That's a typical strategy. Or do you just not understand stocks?

Why is anyone surprised? Intel finally came out with a good products in 5 years and people were thinking AMD would continue to take market share? Look what happened to Monarch and Dell computer when they jumped on the AMD bandwagon.

What are the going prices for quad cores? 2x the price of dual cores?Originally posted by: d3n
AMD is still the way to go for virtualization because of the big time memory bandwidth limitations on Intel chipsets. Virtulization is the way to go in the server market. In the home market the core2 and soon quad are tops, but we'll see what happens.

I have INTC also and am thinking about selling after the INTC's earnings announcement on Tuesday.Originally posted by: Eug
Glad I have INTC. I wonder how long I should keep it.
I have RIMM and I can't believe how much of a hard-on the investors have for AAPL when the announcement was made but whatever.I had AAPL and sold at just under $87... and then they went ahead and announced that iPhone 3 months before I thought they would.![]()
