What Engineer did on his day off!!!

Covered in a brown sugar, honey, pineapple juice and butter basting. Baked for 3.5 hours and then on broil for about 10 minutes.

Enjoy! 😀

It doesn't taste substandard though!!!

I don't like Ham, but I'll fuck up the glazed crust of a Ham from Honeybaked Ham. Bacon > Sausage > Ham when it comes to Pig meat.

My ham:

1) Cut into 0.75" to 1" steaks, score generously.
2) Bake 10 minutes at 350°F over a pan of water.
3) Glaze throughly
4) Repeat steps #2 and #3 until glaze runs out or I am too hungry to continue.

Glaze ingredients: honey, habanero (yes, this is really spicy ham), dried minced onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, mustard powder. I am generous with everything except the honey. I use just enough honey so that I don't die while eating it.
