Hmm 2 dollars notes!!

They're not made anymore and (relatively) rare. They're supposed to be removed from circulation, although not all banking institutions adhere to the policy.

You've never heard of a two dollar bill? Are you eight years old or have you been living under a rock for your life?

I've had one in my wallet since Fellowship of the Ring came out. I was buying 3 tickets (1 for me, 1 for brother, 1 for dad), and paid with a $20. They handed me a $2 bill back. I haven't spent it yet 🙂

edit - oh yeah, here is the theatre. It's a cool place.

Meh, my grandfather always used to give them to me in birthday cards. I have 2 crisp, never folded ones in my dresser drawer right now. I think they're worth $2 each. :-/

I'v e only lived in the US for the past 8 years and I've seen plenty of $2.00 bills.
There's a commercial here in houston for a scrap metals company and they claim to pay you with $2.00 bills when you bring them scrap metals.

Not exactly true. They are still printed, although in small quantities. If you look in the picture thats a 1995 series note, and I've seen 2003 series notes in $2 Denominations.

I'll let you in on a secret, I'm a member of the pope's ninja assasin squad. Shhhh! Don't tell anyone!

So YOU"RE that s.o.b. that destroyed my whole town when I dropped a spoon... Revenge will come with the blood of your next born 😀 <guitar wail>

Rare? there's a warehouse holding thousands of them, you can order a whole $72 sheet or 36notes from the tresury. Most people use them as posters though, looks cool. When they tried to issue the $2 people turned them into the banks for $1 almost as fast as they were being issued, so they warehoused them.

yes they are. all you have to do is go down to your bank and have them order you some. I send them out to my nieces and nephews in their bday cards.
