For starters, I've read the fat-loss sticky.

I'm finally living in an apartment, so I'm able to buy my own food instead of eating at the mess on base. This means I can eat healthier, and better overall, because everything was deepfried.

So, with that in mind...

We just picked up about 270lbs of meat from a local butcher. 50 chicken breasts, a ridiculous amount of lean ground beef, some steaks, pork loin, bacon, etc.

The only issue I have is that I'm not great at preparing meals (i.e., I can't cook to save my life). So in regards to a decent diet, high in protein (which is often suggested), what should my meals look like?

I hear a lot of recommendations for eating six times a day, so I'd like to try to squeeze something in here and there. I'm able to eat actual meals at home at 6:15AM, 12PM, and any time after 4PM. I also take protein shakes after my workouts, right before lunch.

As is, I usually do something like...

Breakfast - Yogurt
Lunch - Protein shake, tuna mixed with mustard
Dinner - Chicken breast (either in salad or just on its own with some spices)

I also tend to have a can of tomato soup (mixed with water) three or four days a week at a random point in the day.

So, what simple, quick things can I eat/should I eat for my meals? What's your diet like?

I also usually eat chicken breasts regularly as part of my healthy meal... Having no cooking experience, I've pretty much given up on making dishes with it. Instead I pretty much either grill it or make chicken cutlets(breaded with panko & panfried with cholesterol free corn oil). And to change up the taste, I just use different sauces. For example, I'm currently playing around with buffalo wing sauce on my chicken cutlets. They're not bad. Of course buffalo wing sauce isn't the most healthiest thing in the world so I altered the recipe a bit(it's usually heavy on butter). The recipe that currently works for me currently:

1tbsp butter(unsalted... usually 3 tbsp I think)
1tsp granulated sugar
garlic salt(varied to taste)
chili & ground black pepper(varied to taste)
Franks red hot sauce (varied to taste but usually about 5+tbsp)
-This will make enough sauce for one meal.

The great thing about it is that I make about 3 days worth of grilled chicken/cutlets and store it in the fridge. You could put it in the freezer if you want it to last longer. When I need a quick meal, I take a few pieces out and let them heat up in a convection/toaster oven for 5-10 min on each side to make them crispy again(if they're cutlets) or just to reheat if they're grilled. During those 10-20 mins, I make the sauce while I steam some veggies.

My suggestion: learn to cook. I knew nothing about cooking when I moved out on my own, but I learned. Find some easy recipes for food you enjoy and just follow them. As you get comfortable with that you can make modifications and substitutions to suit your own tastes. I like to make a big batch of chili every week. Some meals I'll just have some pre-marinated meat (like fish with olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice) and some vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, whatever's available and fresh). There are lots of recipes online that are simple and tasty. It never hurts to try.
