Working now on my home machine.

Typical that I wait 25 mins for it to copy my SteamApps folder on my laptop and THEN it decides to work

Heh, nope! Thanks for the rar files, it means I can get my laptop updated by using the 1mb ADSL connection here at work, rather than the shared connection which is only 256kbps

Just hopped in a match to take a quick looksie this morning after waking up to the surprising news. Played in the prison map, and there were entirely too many people running around. Once they get some kinks worked out, it will be good ol' deathmatch.

every game i played was laggy as hell. And why do you start out with a weapon with no ammo, the grav gun? Thats just dumb.

No fun at all so far, and I dont lag in any other games (6 mb down, 600k up)

slag, try going to a dedicated server. As is it is now, most of the servers are run by individuals with crappy connections. I played on a 20 player lag free server last night, all I can say is wow, this could redefine DM.. It was AWESOME!

bleh, tried it. guns are nerfed badly so the grav gun isnt a total waste. course that makes the guns so lame they aren't fun. sad. cs source is more fun.

I perfer CS:S, but this has great potential IMO. Though CS:S is probably my favorite game so it would be pretty tough to beat that haha.

The only gun not nerfed is the 357. They actually need to tone that one down a bit...

OK, I know i said it worked yesterday.... but i was wrong, it will only play for me for about 1-2 minutes, then it will lock up.
