Except that simply not what medical dictionaries say. You can make up your own words if you want but don't expect other people to use them. In the clinical world, anti-social specifically means people who have malevolent social tendencies and does not mean people who are socially incompetent like autistic people.

That strikes me as a rather odd comment. Even with Moonbeam, a poster has not chosen to post in this thread yet. But trying to infer a reason is something only a fool would assert. Maybe Moonbeam is off saving the world somewhere else today or what ever. I have no idea and the to post or not post question is Moonbeam's and Moonbeam's alone.

But trying to stuff various anandtech posters back into their crackerjack box every time they say something stupid is more than a 24/7/365.25 full time job, and throwing pearls at swine thankless as well.

Again, people with "Ashkenazi" genetic markers are all over Europe. The people were originally nomadic as they had to flee their original lands in the Middle east. The markers that set apart Ashkenazi Jews in Europe though are common markers in the middle east. Bleh, it's genetic traits brought out by a region.

I think the classification name they are using for that particular set of genetic markers is pretty dumb though.

The fact is all humans share the same 95% of genetics unlike any other species on this planet. We all share a very narrow common heritage that most scientists speculate was due caused by a super volcano that killed off other human types around the globe and the current homo-sapiens are what survived. Anyhow, I'm digressing a bit.

Does it really matter that Hitler had some shared genetic markers from humans commonly from the ME and Africa? Considering how many people in this world do as well without even knowing it? So many people have so many recessive genes that get passed to them from so many generations back that they wouldn't even know they had those traits. Does that make Hitler hypocritical? No. However, it still doesn't mean he was any less insane.

Well the whole damn point is, some 1800+ years ago, the all Powerful Roman empire said upon the Jews, then almost one hundred per cent concentrated in Israel, don't go away mad, just go away or else. Some went Northeast and hooked all over, some went east and hooked back Southwest, none went directly west because that would landed then in the water, but point being the Jews dispersed widely in an event called the second diaspora.

Why should there be two or more types of genetic Jews now when they were genetically homogeneous 1800 years ago?

Or is it behavioral distinction now? Because Jews who wound up in Northwestern Europe tended to believe in democratic principles and Jews descended from Yemeni parents had no such democratic principles in their upbringing?

Well JOS we all know you are British, and of all the gin joint countries Jews wound up in after the second diaspora, why should not GB have their share of Jews? And truth be told, and despite the fact that my country, the USA won our independence from you Brits 200+ years ago, much of that democratic intellectual underpinning of the American Revolution originated in England and France.

But still, JOS, as a possibly British Jew, I would really be incredibly impressed if you could trace your ancestry all the way back to the second diaspora.

I can trace my ancestry back to the 500's that is about as far as any Jewish ancestry can go, not that it matters in the least to me, i didn't do it, my grandfather did before he died.
