Hillary Clinton Poll

Googer

Lifer
Do you want Hillary Clinton to be our Next President? I want to know what the chances are we might see her in office.

For the poll, yes, but for your question, no. There are a few other people that I'd prefer.

HOWEVER:

P&N is that way:

<---

Id take bush for 50 more years before her.

If there was a good option for a woman president I wouldnt be against her but I HATE hillary.

The way I see it is:

"just because you married the 'it' guy and carpetbagged your way into the senate doesn't mean you deserve your husbands merit or credentials. Prove yourself worthy of the office and I will vote for you. Hell, whoever properly shows that they have credentials to make a great president will get my vote in the end."

Theres no point in discussing this, she won't even make it past the primary to the parties nomination, no one likes her. I'd much rather see Gov. Mark Warner whoop on the repubs like nobodies business with his moderate stance on many issues that crosses party lines and serves to unify instead of divide, much like what Bush ran on in the 2000 election but has failed in every way imaginable.

Gov. Mark Warner ftw, draft him for President!

If the choices were Hillary Clinton or Jeb Bush... I MIGHT vote for Hillary. Otherwise, no.

Of course, our choices will again between between two losers and voters will be expected to either a) vote party line (the brainless option) or b) vote for 'the lesser of two evils' (the forced, this sucks, option)

Depends on who she ran against, but probably not.

yep...I have the same problem with her that I had with al gore. I'm more or less ideologically on the same page (though less so than I was with gore), but I just don't think she'd be an effective president. I'm really hoping we don't go three straight elections without a single viable candidate from either party. oddly, given al gore's recent development of a non-robotic personality, I now consider him a good option. funny how that works.

Are you from Florida? Do you even know what you are talking about?

I live in Tampa and for the most part JEB has been very resposible and has done a decent JOB. JEB is very differant than his brother and father that I do not alway agree with. But his name has been tainted in the minds of some people because of what other family members have done.

Ted and the rest of the family are American Trash, but John Kennedy was a great Preisident. The same can be said about Jeb vs the rest of the Bush family.

That may be, but I bet I'm far from the only person that would not vote for Jeb simply because he's in the Bush family. Both Bush's have been horrible Presidents.

I'm pretty certain that Hillary wouldn't even get 50% of the Democratic vote, much less the whole country.

This would be an epic defeat for the Dems if she ran.

I know that a lot of people are going to disagree, but how many Presidents have we had lately that weren't horrible? IMO every president since Kennedy has sucked.

I agree that they have been silghtly less than mediocre, but John Ellis Bush (Jeb) has had fairly sound policies, has actualy improved education, and kept special interests away while maintaining the best interest of the public. As far as I am concerned he is not a run of the mill Bush/politician.

Metaphoricly speaking, if your brother robbs a bank; does that make you an automatic criminal? No it does not.

If your bother commits treason, should it prevent you from getting a job at the CIA? No it should not.

The same is true for a politician, we should judge them on an individual basis and not based on mistakes made by their family members.
