When you have a mountain of shredded documents, offices with records burned, a person nearly beaten to death for his records, another murdered, dozens of people fleeing the country, others jailed, millions, and millions of dollars paid in bribes, hush money, cushy jobs given, dozens of people fired, and dozens of very questionable deaths, a media that is told what, and what not to publish, I would say it's a bit more than innuendo.
