In some states, it's the age difference - 3 or 4 years. So a 15 year old can be charged for messing with a 10 year old. God, it's disgusting even contemplating this underage stuff...
 
This topic is big to me as I got in trouble as a kid. Sex is inevitable between kids. It's a freaking natural event.

The problem is Joe Senior at 18 finally gets Penny Sophmore at 16 to do 'IT'...although he has been pining over her for years and would never hurt her; her parents give him a Sexual Predator badge to wear.

Those are some fucked up parents. This failure in the law enrages me almost as much as real predators. Luckily some states are recognizing this and changing things little by little.
