high school class ring worth buying?

Hell no. You're gonna walk around and brag about your High school pride?

Even college rings aren't worth it. class rings are big and sinfully ugly.
 
Um.. no. how often do you see someone wearing a class ring. and if you are going to college atleast get the college ring isntead of the high school ring.
 
Nope. Hell, I didn't even buy any yearbooks. Or shirts. Or, um, anything I didn't have to.

It's not that high school isn't fun, it's just pointless to pour cash into something you're definitely not going to care about after you graduate (unless you're a loser who can't get out of high-school social mode).

no not really. but you don't buy it for the long term anyway, it's so you can be a coooooool senior.

you can buy from places other than the outfits that troll the schools and save yourself some cash. I know Walmart was selling them way back when, I assume they still do. Do not sink big dollars into one, the thing will be sitting in a drawer within a year.
 
No good memory you have of high school in 10 years will be related to that ring, so no. Get a nice watch or something instead.
 
They're useless. I didn't buy one because I didn't see the point. The only yearbook I bought was my senior yearbook, and only because it had nice pictures.
 
do what ever you want but i didn't get one or a college ring for that matter and i don't regret it in the slightest
 
I would definitely not buy one. I got a State Championship football bring from my senior season of football in high school and I think I've lost that 😛
 
YES. I wear it almost every day. I've got a colored American flag on one side and a drumset on the other side of my ring. Well, mine means more to me because it was one of the last things that my grandpa got for me before he died. 🙁
 
lol Take that money you were thinking of sinking into a ring and put it into VFINX in a Roth IRA and let it sit for forty years. You'll get a lot more value out of that later in life than you would the ring.

I don't know anyone, three years out of high school, that wears theirs.
 
I had to talk my mom into not getting me one because i knew i would never wear it. My older sis got one and i think she wore it for about 6 months and my younger sis is about to order one, i cant talk her out of it.
 
I guess it depends.

I had one in high school, and I'm glad I bought it. I don't wear it anymore, but I wore it all the time during senior year... it's just one of those obligatory high school traditions.
