Hi. I work at McDonald's.

There is some weird menu items on that. A McTeri, On the left side is something called a "Saimin" for $3.09. What kind of Mcdonald's is this? I haven't been to one in about 6 months but I didn't think they changed this much.

Must be in Hawaii. I think the McTeri probably has something to do with teriyaki.

Maybe.
