At a glance, I thought it said 24th. It still could, allowing for very sloppy writing. If you consider the vertical stroke of the T to be part of the 4, and the lazy writer to have used the same vertical stroke for both the T and the H. And to not have extended the cross over far enough to cover both horizontal strokes, that of the T and the 4.

Yeah, I just don't want to think about sharing roads with these people. The thought of them controlling a ton or more of metal at 50+mph...

Saimin is pretty good. Think Raman noodles with lots of goodies in it.
