I'm just curious to see what people think of HGH. Is it the fountain of youth? If this is the case how can one increase HGH levels in their body?

I would take it if it was legal OTC or a doc could approve it for me but I'm a healthy 30 something male so not happening.

Increasing HGH levels in the body? Not exactly possible to elevate it significantly beyond normal working out, but possible to not have it activated by getting shitty sleep or lack of sleep.

One study I was reading last week showed that you can increase HGH locally using heat and EMS stim, but that's just one small part of the body. My stim machine will be in next week but not expecting big results. Study link:

I'm sure there's got to be side effects but the things I've read do make it sounds like something that would benefit a lot of people.

Stallone has benefited from HGH shots. But he's a wealthy celebrity with an unending supply of cash. I'd like to see if you can raise HGH naturally.

I've read that Intermittent Fastening might help raise HGH levels.

I've looked into it. it isn't 'that' expensive.

and yes, I have read very positive things about it. There are potential side affects, but everything has side affects

I knew two Army docs at Fort Benning that got busted prescribing other test, steroids and HGH. They were both juicy as fuark. Thick. Solid. Tight. (no homo) Fortunately it was the Army, so nothing happened to them. If it were real life, they'd be fired and lose their medical licenses.
