Read this small piece. Note the lying that the reporters put in so You are aware. ! question How does BP expect to gather 28 thousand barrels aday when they say the leak is half that amount . Lies upon lies . A hard trueth has arrived . No mercy no regrets. This is from MSN home page news . Read enjoy and know the devil is in their hearts.
To help gather more oil, BP is bringing in a second vessel that will increase capacity, as well as the North Sea shuttle tanker that will assist in the transport of the oil. The company previously also said it plans to switch out the current containment cap with a slightly larger one that will seal better and trap more oil.
BP is seeking to boost its capacity to collect oil to 28,000 barrels per day by next week.
"We're only at 15 (15,000 barrels) now and we'll be at 28 (28,000 barrels) next week. We're building capacity," Allen said. "They'll probably go back at that point and put a cap back on it. At some point, there'll probably have to be a transition between a containment cap and a regular cap."
A panel of scientists has estimated the leak to range from 12,000 barrels to 19,000 barrels a day, though some researchers say the number could be significantly higher.
Allen said that team is revisiting its data to try to reach a more solid estimate of the flow rate.
"I'm not going to declare victory or anything until I have hard numbers," he said
