Please don't post spoilers on here before the show has finished airing on the East coast. If anybody wants to know what happens, now they know how to find it out. It doesn't have to be posted here. YET. Again, please.Originally posted by: JoeFahey

who?
I don't think he can substantially change the past but he may be able to induce others to change their futures. This would be consistent with his inability to fix what's happened and future Hiro's traveling back to the present to warn Peter on the train. Charlie's death was a bloody mess and not caused by a blood clot in the brain, hence the police presence. The police not asking for the missing Hiro is likely just a writing oversight. The bigger issue is Charlie's ignorance of Hiro when we all know she meant him 6 months ago.Originally posted by: Tobolo
I belive that he simply changed the future. They are basing time travel off of the Back to the Future method. Where a change in the past changes the future. Instead of A change in the past has always occured.
What I noticed was that no police asked about Hiro leaving (remeber that the police told them not to leave, because they needed to take their statements).. The reason, I belive, is that Sylar didnt kill her.
Waitress dies by Sylar->Hiro goes back in time->Waitress doesn't die by Sylar but she does die from the anyurism(sp). So shes still dead in the future but Anton(?) never asked how she died again so he never found out. And that explains why the police never inquired about Hiro.~Tob
