I know what he means. When Mrs. Petrelli and Sulu were meeting it seemed as if they were part of some secret group of special people. How would they know each other this way otherwise?

I think Nikki/Jessica is smarter than most think.

The generation stuff is interesting....

With Sark and a Japanese g/f you could start the bloodlines for Kaito/Sulu and the Petelli's. We know that Claire and him are somehow linked.

With Mama Peterelli and Kaito as lovers, Hiro could be spawn of two 'mutants' too.

I am trying to figure out who the creature is that almost got Mama Peterelli. They seem to be trying to point to Claude (invisible and the hoodie, plus Claude somehow survived a fall possibly when HRG shot him originally).

Claude was running from the Company and appears to shun all explicit contact. "Sulu" and Mrs. P. were marked for death from the yet unknown 'rival' 'special powers' group. In any event why remain visible if your trying to kill someone?

Someone speculated that he was a splinter of Peter from the explosion and when back in time and grew up in sunny southern California... well he sorta looks like a teenage Peter.

 
It was never stated Claire was Nathan's only illegitimate child. There are two schools of though on the kid though. One is he is from the new 'company' trying to win over Claire, two is it's a possible brother/like minded mutant.

That's funny, because the Prison Break episode right before Heroes also ended with "Tune in next week to find out what's in THE BOX!" Lame...
 
Parker was with everyone else at the finale in NY, why don't more people recognize him.

And what was it that almost tore up Grandma Petrelli.

If nothing else, all the people that lived from season 1 where present on the plaza during the final fight. There may have been another contact, but that's the easiest I remember.

i'm pretty sure DL had seen peter but for DL to be seen by peter, i don't think so. he was at the fight scene with sylar when other heroes came out of kirby plaza.
