So, where is health insurance in there.

Isn't your president's health plan suppose to solve that? LOL.

To be fair I would not mind a flat 5% tax on everybody to cover health insurance. Let's see what kind of healthcare we can buy with 5% from every taxpayer in America. Everyone would be covered in the plan and it'd be rationed to hell, but it's better than having no access. If people can afford it they can buy private health insurance for better access.

The rent figure isn't far off at all, 2 brds around here range from $650-950, it's the bills that are out of whack, electric alone ranges from $200-420 depending on time of year and company, water is about $90-130. Also the cost of those two vehicles needs to include insurance too, so tack on another $120 a month.

Turn down the thermostat/turn it off while you are not home in the summer 😉

It would not buy much healthcare for that little money. Any UHC will take 10-30% new federal tax on those who actually pay them. Also 1 ruling by a activist liberal judge giving UHC to illegals and the system goes bankrupt instantly.

I'm sure Cain will be anxious to help Ron Paul fight the Federal Reserve, since Cain was Chairman (1995–96) of the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.

That isn't what your article says. Your article title is "Garafalo says: Racist Republicans Support Herman Cain." Not the same thing as saying if you support him that makes you a racist.

Also, the article title is not an accurate description of what she said. It's actually a rather bad paraphrase of it. She said some republicans support Cain because they feel that supporting him will mask racism in the GOP. She could well mean that non-racist conservatives support him to cover for the racist ones who don't.

Trying to figure out what Garafalo means is like trying to figure out what your dog is thinking, except the end result won't be nearly as interesting or insightful.

One of the books we had to read in high school had a character who wore eye glasses with no lenses because he thought it made him look intelligent. That is Garafalo in a nutshell, except her nerd glasses actually have glass.

There is no reason why we spend so much money on healthcare compared to other industrialized countries. 5% of income from everybody won't buy much? SS tax is 6.2% for employees. Well if you can't afford to pay for additional coverage, tough luck. Get in line and wait. You can't have your cake and eat it too.

Deport all illegals after giving them minimal treatment required by law and bill their countries of origin.

I don't give any credence to this poll but I love the idea that the GOP field is sufficiently muddled and unappealing that Cain, who appears to be a slow adult, could conceivably poll out at the top.
For someone who seems like a "slow adult", he sure seems to have accomplished a lot in life.

Herman Cain...An Alvin Greene he is not.

No appointment of Muslims to federal office, allowing states and localities to ban houses of worship for unpopular religions, eliminating the EPA, shifting the federal tax burden even further onto the lower and middle classes... little wonder that Mr. Cain appeals so strongly to the Tea Party base.

You might consider that while Mr. Cain may not qualify for the "Racist" label, his Islamophobic zealotry could conceivably earn him "Bigot First Class".

I do not care what he race he is. I will not vote for a Islamophobe and someone who is against freedom of religion.
