I had a similar incident happen to me about 5 years ago with an elderly man that suffered from a stroke and hit a telephone pole. Makes you feel good, but hate to see people on the road that can't control their vehicles.

I would have been afraid to move her for fear that she had an injury to her spine (and a possible lawsuit for moving her and creating a greater injury).

that's why you ask them if they want you to help the first and if they feel ok

does that absolve you from a lawsuit? 😀 Because you hear these stories floating around where good samaritans get sued for trying to help/save others.
