I had a similar incident happen to me about 5 years ago with an elderly man that suffered from a stroke and hit a telephone pole. Makes you feel good, but hate to see people on the road that can't control their vehicles.

Those are the things that scare the crap outta me.

that's why you ask them if they want you to help the first and if they feel ok

does that absolve you from a lawsuit? Because you hear these stories floating around where good samaritans get sued for trying to help/save others.
