Whoa, that would have helped a lot but it's okay cuz the interview went well and they invite me for the 3rd round interview, thank goodness.
Anyway, i've tried half-windsor and four-in-hand but my knots were not as nice as it should be, my tie doesnt has the dimple at the knot 🙁 how do you get that dimple?

Create the dimple before you tighten everything up. I put the index finger of my left hand where the dimple should be and gather the tie up on either side with my thumb or other fingers before I tighten the knot. Four-in-hand is my knot of choice. Makes a nice small knot. 🙂 amishOriginally posted by: SyahMWhoa, that would have helped a lot but it's okay cuz the interview went well and they invite me for the 3rd round interview, thank goodness. I know my tie is a little wider then others, so then the dimple always shows up there. 🙂 Sometimes in the wrong place, and the little triangle shape doesn't look that nice. It took me an hour from not knowing a single thing to getting my tie the way I like it and it hasn't been untied since. When you tighten it, have your left thumb and index finger stretch the two cords going out to get the top wider while sticking your left pinky in the dimple you made so it sticks. Use your left hand to pull it up while your right hand pulls down and supports where you think support is needed. <== monkey dance
