Nice card! You can overclock that particular Pentium chip as long as the motherboard supports it. Only thing, those B85 boards don't usually support voltage increases to really push the CPU so you may be limited in how high you can go on stock volts.

Overclocking is done in the BIOS before Windows loads, Windows 10 will run on an overclocked CPU just fine.

Ok thanks every thing is together now I'm just waiting for windows to install then I'll start installing all the drivers I'm so hyped to have it finished! So this is the final build Asus B85M-G R2.0 , corsair HX620 modular power supply , Intel pentium G3258 with cooler master hyper 212 evo , sapphire nitro 380x , fractal core 1000 with cooler master fans in the optional slots , 16gb of Samsung DDR3 1600mhz 240 pin ram , Samsung 2 tb 5400 rpm hardrive , windows 7 home 64bit , dell DVD player nothing special and a TP-LINK 500mbps wifi card. I want to add a ssd soon but I think the cash I have left will go to games and I'll just pick one up down the road. So thanks every one that helped I really appreciated it I'm very excited about my new build and am looking forward to using it.

I didn't realize how small the case was until I started building. Cable management has been a pain in the butt I've got it all tucked to the sides so it doesn't block the fan but it does block the lower drive bays which isn't a big issue because I put my hardrive in the floppy drive bay and I'll put the ssd under it when I get one and I don't need more then two storage drives. Then the side panel wouldn't fit because of the cooler master 212 evo so i pulled the side fan out and it still didn't work so then I measured how much Clearence I needed at what point in the case made a wood frame the size of what I needed then I hit it with a hammer I had hoped the frame would keep the rest of the panel pretty straight which it did so now the cooler master fits with about an extra 1/8 inch to spare and the panel still slides on and off not near as easy as before but it still works. So anyway I'm happy with case for the price but I didn't realize it would be this small.
