Help with Mike Tyson's Punchout for NES

The only way to knock out Bald Bull the second time around is with that old school shoryuken. I can't remember when you do it, but you'll know because he'll let his arms down, his eyes start blinking and there's a (relatively) ungodly amount of time to hit him with that jumping uppercut.
 
i beat tyson also, but it was damn frustrating..
you just need to get into sync with his movements. all it is is pattern

I think I won by split decision once.

I was great at Super Punch Out, though. I could just start a game and go through and beat it with a 16-0 record.

I think that was a code from Operation: Cobra. 🙂

Ah, the infamous Konami Code. Gradius and Contra are two games that I can remember using this code.
 
Ahh man, what is this world coming to? It's terrible how i can't remember how to do this problem on a Calculus test, yet i still remember the code in Street Fighter 2 to use the same fighters. But anyways, Tyson's a pain in the butt. My friend placed a bet that i couldn't beat him, and guess who took it up :frown:
 
weird! i've been recently playing this game as well, like in the past 3 or 4 days

except i've been playing it on my ipaq (have no idea where my original NES is)
 
*sigh* id like to remininsce about my nintendo, but all i had was a Sega Master System... and we all know who won that fight.. damn nintendo for making my SMS ancient real quick.. 🙁
 
2nd bald bull......you have to uppercut or hit him when he does the charge......just draining his energy by regular punches will never knock him down. I used to play this game a lot when I was little. I always felt that sandman was harder than tyson. Tyson does the big uppercut for like 30 seconds I believe or was it half of the first round...then he just boxes...but you can dodge and get two hits in for every uppercut he throw when you first fight him. ....thats what I remember.


OH YEAH......push select a lot between rounds and that will give you some more energy for next round.
