then went to 124fsb and doesnt work.
just a black screen monitor!
light on board still work, everything else boots up...
is there like a jumper to set the fsb or cpu back to default.
btw i never set the voltage any higher...
let me know!!
please!

Hi,
The board should have a way to reset it. On my mobo, you hold down insert while powering up to reset the cpu settings. Otherwise, you can just take the battery out to reset the entire BIOS. Good luck.

On my abit BE6-II when I go to high on the FSB and crap begins to happen. Sometimes really scary stuff, Just hit the power on and off a few times and also flip the PSU power switch too then it resets it self, also when it turns on, I forgot what button but before bios loads ups hold alt or something and it resets the bios, oh well good luck!

what about on the vp6?
if i remove the battery?
also the nic card light turns on and the board red light turns on, so it must be working right?
and the chip gets hot so there is power must be...
so howe do i reset the chip with going into the bios??

You cant reset the chip in the bios if you can't get into the bios in the first place. Just take out the battery for a minute or two to clear all your settings.
