HELP: Problem with cable modem.

I'm currently using @home service. When downloading at very fast speeds, the "pc link" light would go off and I am disconnected. The only way to go online is to restart my computer. Has somebody experienced the same problem as mine?

 


Jeez, the first thing I did was call them up. And if they can solve my problem, I wouldn't be posting messages here.
 
Try to isolate where the problem lies. Check OS event viewer for error messages; do you lose IP address?; check device manager to see if NIC is disabled; can you ping the NIC (localhost); etc.
