I'm currently using @home service. When downloading at very fast speeds, the "pc link" light would go off and I am disconnected. The only way to go online is to restart my computer. Has somebody experienced the same problem as mine?
Try to isolate where the problem lies. Check OS event viewer for error messages; do you lose IP address?; check device manager to see if NIC is disabled; can you ping the NIC (localhost); etc.
a little more info needed...what's your modem? how long have you had @home? are you running a gateway router? have you visited www.practicallynetworked.com or speedcorp.com??
