help newb overclock

Computer specs:
barton 2800+ (new)
a7n8x-e deluxe mobo
corsair pc-3200 registered w/ platinum silver heat spreader
rosewill ati radeon 9600LE

I would like to try to overclock my processor and maybe my video card also, but i really want to overclock the processor. the thing is, i dont know anything about ocerclocking. if anyone could tell me how or give me some settings or maybe help me find a guide, i would appreciate it a lot :thumbsup:

just be carefull with the voltages
only up a little at a time and dont' go too high and you'll be alright

make a boot cd like memtest86+ so you can check stability before trying to load windows
corrupted installations are not fun

you'll need to do a bit of reading on the forums, but most the stuff is covered around here lately
your vid card drivers should offer overclocking features, just don't push it too high and watch out for fragments
