help newb overclock

Computer specs:
barton 2800+ (new)
a7n8x-e deluxe mobo
corsair pc-3200 registered w/ platinum silver heat spreader
rosewill ati radeon 9600LE

I would like to try to overclock my processor and maybe my video card also, but i really want to overclock the processor. the thing is, i dont know anything about ocerclocking. if anyone could tell me how or give me some settings or maybe help me find a guide, i would appreciate it a lot :thumbsup:
 
just be carefull with the voltages
only up a little at a time and dont' go too high and you'll be alright 🙂

make a boot cd like memtest86+ so you can check stability before trying to load windows
corrupted installations are not fun

you'll need to do a bit of reading on the forums, but most the stuff is covered around here lately 🙂
your vid card drivers should offer overclocking features, just don't push it too high and watch out for fragments
