One problem with my last attack is that if the opponent advances the pawn after taking the Knight (in other words he sees at least 3 moves ahead), you will be down a knight but have a dominant position.

He will have to waste two moves. Moving his Queen out of a double attack position and advancing the pawn which will be taken anyways.

If you are really good the positioning will determine the win. 🙂

Another way would be to

K- F3 G1
P - G4 G5 for the double jeopardy.

But chances are your opponent will see that and you would have wasted two moves on your knight.

e6 x d5 then g4-g5 (threat on queen) no threat..Qe7 and white loses some attack
and then white counters with d1-e2 and a queen exchange follows, not such a bad move

c6 x d5 then d1 - a4 (also threat on blk queen) This can't even be done also a typo...pins the black queen on the a4-d7 diagonal

c6 x d5 then g1 - e2 (protect your king from d7-e7 check and threatens black bishop) Bb8 and you've wasted another move by slowing down the queens ability to move
agreed

c6 x d5 then d1 - e2 (check black & protect your king from d7-e7 check)
This was a typo... i meant e6 x d5. The e file is open for d7 - e7 check... d1 - e2 prevents this move or forces a queen exchange also...

What should i do?

I'm White

Update me F3-G1, Black E7-E6
Chess 2

So you chose to waste 2 moves with your Knight. You play a more defensive style and your opponent read the double jeapardy and gained center strength in the process.

P - E2 E3, otherwise you will have lost the middle.

You need to do canae defense.

Unless i'm mistaken, you can't move d1-d4 because there is a pawn already on d4.

e6 is a black pawn... taking white pawn on d5.
white moves... (hopefully d1-e2) or else...
blacks next move is d7-e7 check.

Maybe the other guy found out he was playing against the ATOT collective, got mad, and kicked the table over, flinging the pieces all over the room. 😛

That is IMPOSSIBLE. c6xd5 (that means the black pawn is on d5)...so how can you follow that up with e6xd5?

D1-A4 pin blacks queen for a possible exchange?

Alright, i'm thinking about it. This would be the last move, because black when home already.
If i do D1-A4 he is to smart, black won't move his queen to my queen.

I was thinking after that move, A4xA5 take black pawn?

In your current game position(the last pic you posted), Bg3 is the move you should make.

Correct.

Heh, cool thread. I need to learn how to play chess. I wonder if I could win a game solely based on getting ATOT's help.
