I suppose if you'd never want to date the 19 year old you could do it, since you really wouldn't lose anything if it turned out poorly. However, I just think its too much of a risk. The mother likes you now, but she may potentially see your annoying habits when you move in, and you'll see theirs. I can guarentee you that there will be things (like not being able to shower when you want) that will irritate you. You have a great relationship with them now, living with them will undoubtedly test, and possibly break, it...

The only way this kind of situation can work is if each person has their own bedroom, bathroom, living room (with TV) and fridge.
Otherwise its just trouble.

You know, this is almost always a bad idea. When you post about it suggesting you'd want to because the girls are hot, you plan on having a boner 24/7, and you want to date the 19 year old...that's just a no brainer. If you have no choice at all other than staying at home, it might be worth it if your home life sucks right now. But even then, I'd seriously re-evaluate your ideas of how cool this is going to be. Because trust me, it will in fact NOT be cool.
