Actually, it works now because I restarted the server program. I don't want to have to do that very often, so I need a new http server program,

Looks like its working Good .. Did a quick TCP portscan .. VNC is pretty secure so you should have no problem with that as long as you have a decent passwd.

Setting up Apache in Windows is simple. Click, click, install. Change one or two lines on the config file to set your base directory for your web files, and away you go. 10 minutes, and you're up and running.

If all you're doing is hosting a couple webpages (no scripts or anything), check out AnalogX's SimpleServer:WWW. REALLY REALLY easy to setup.
