bump since I'm curious if it's possible ..

I use dyndns.org. The server is back online now. Does anyone know if there is some way for my cable router to act as a webserver so that it can display a webpage that says that the server is offline? Or could I have dyndns.org check to see if my server is online and if it is not then have it show something that says that the server is offline?
