Why not seriously consider getting a job with someone who already sells smoothies (or similar) locally ?

Then after a period of time (such as a year or two), you will be in a much better (experienced) position, to consider doing this, yourself.

I know my customer base guy. I'm just wondering if a direct delivery from my kitchen is against the rules. Anyway will talk to lawyers soon to get expert opinions
